How long will my exterior paint job last in Colorado's climate?

With Colorado’s intense sun, temperature swings, and harsh winters, a high-quality exterior paint job typically lasts 7–10 years when properly prepped and applied. We use premium, weather-resistant paints to maximize durability.

How quickly can you assess and repair damage after a storm?

We prioritize storm damage assessments. You can use our scheduling tool to choose a time that works for you. Find it on the Contact Us page. Repairs depend on the severity of the damage, but we strive to complete them as quickly as possible to prevent further deterioration.

What types of sealants do you recommend for decks at high elevation?

For decks in Colorado’s high-altitude climate, we recommend oil-based or high-quality water-based penetrating sealers with UV protection. Products containing tung oil, linseed oil, or acrylic-polyurethane blends work best to withstand intense sun exposure and temperature changes.

Can you restore a deck that has significant weather damage or is it better to replace?

We assess each deck individually. If the structure is sound, restoration with deep cleaning, sanding, and sealing is a cost-effective option. However, if there is extensive rot or structural weakness, replacement of damaged boards or full reconstruction may be necessary.

Do you handle both minor patches and major drywall replacement?

Yes! We handle everything from small dents and cracks to full drywall replacements for larger damaged areas. Our team ensures a seamless finish, matching texture and paint for a professional look.

How do you ensure dust containment during drywall repairs inside my home?

We use plastic sheeting, zip walls, and negative air pressure systems to minimize dust spread. Additionally, our sanding process includes HEPA-filter vacuums to keep your indoor air clean.
